Maple Heights Townhomes by StreetSide Developments asked Emphasize Design to create a branded real estate campaign for their new multi-phased Maple Ridge community project. We started by capturing the true essence of the Maple Heights Townhomes area and it’s rich settler heritage. The result was an attractive, wholesome, laid-back Canadiana look and feel with a key message of living Pure Maple Ridge. This five year planned project sold out in only 14 months.
