REAL ESTATE BRANDING FOR EVERGREEN COQUITLAM
As the name suggests, Evergreen Condominiums by Bosa Properties is located just off of the Evergreen SkyTrain line in Coquitlam. Emphasize Design created a dynamic brand strategy and design campaign utilizing short direct copy and blurred skytrain imagery to create a sense of movement, excitement, and urgency. Emphasize created a full real estate brand package from logo, positioning, advertising, brochure, signage, direct mail, signage, website, and sales centre. Evergreen Condominiums was very successful and was the last tower in the Westwood Village masterplan which sold out very quickly.
