Emphasize Design took charge of rebranding its second phase, crafting an entire real estate sales and marketing portfolio. They envisioned the upcoming Modern Forest Homes phase as a juxtaposition: marrying the timeless elegance of a meticulously crafted Hans J. Wegner wingback chair with the untamed beauty of the North Shore landscape as its scenic backdrop.
