Now, following a comprehensive makeover, the building stands as the exclusive hub for design, engineering, and construction in the Fraser Valley! Housing an ensemble of creatives including 4th Dimension Drafting & Design, Western Pacific Engineering, AR Interiors, Eleven Eleven Homes, Gold Edge Properties, and Sage Ventures, this collaborative space embodies innovation. Joel Marples, representing 4th Dimension, partnered with Emphasize Design to craft their collective’s unique brand identity and both internal and external signage. The result seamlessly blends heritage with contemporary aesthetics, paying homage to its rich history while exuding a sleek modernity.
