HISTORIC AFFORDABILITY PROGRAM

The Strand by Townline was named after a 1910 hotel located on Clarke street only steps from the new Canadian Pacific Railway. Emphasize Design positioned the project based on Port Moody’s historical railroad significance, as well as, it’s unique affordability program. We created all the branding and marketing materials for this highly successful project which sold out before the sales centre doors were even opened.
