Lakewood Developments asked Emphasize Design to create a unique mark for their new Sync Townhome project in Surrey. We designed an interlocking identity to illustrate the connection between home, lifestyle, and neighbourhood. A simple, direct campaign that consisted of vibrant colours, dynamic photographs, and colloquial copywriting – bringing new life to the Surrey landscape.
