With an increase demand for quiet concrete living in the Lower Mainland, Valeo offers 67 quality residences from one, two, and three bedroom homes by StreetSide Developments. Emphasize Design was asked to design a complete real estate package for the 5 storey project in the Burnaby Heights neighbourhood. To accomplish the vision of first-class homes, we created a clear brand narrative that communicated the distinctive and recognizable key features of the project. Our focus was on the projects central location to access all the main city attractions while still being a community based gemstone in the heart of the Heights. The connection to being a local was important to keep the project rooted in the history, culture, and originality that surrounds Valeo. As an added bonus the building hosted a stunning 360 degree panoramic rooftop view of the Lower Mainland featuring the North Shore mountains as the picturesque backdrop. Emphasize Design worked in conjunction with i3 Design for the interiors of the presentation centre and Rapid Signs for the exterior signage and interior graphics.
