Forte Burnaby Heights by StreetSide Developments was a landmark building in a legendary location. Situated on the corner of Hastings and Willingdon in the historic Heights neighbourhood close to boutiques, cafés, chocolatiers, and Glenburn Soda Fountain and Confectionary. Forte featured modern living with panoramic views from the private owners rooftop lounge overlooking the North Shore mountains. Emphasize Design was asked to design a complete real estate package that started with an envisioning session to discover the true essence and key components that made this project unique. We gave the project an old world Italian flair that was a nod to the original immigrants to the community.
