The old saying of… “Necessity Is The Mother Of Invention”, comes true with the Tangle Pools story. From a down-turn market in Alberta, Tangle Pools was born as an innovative new product in the market to fill the gap of modifying shipping containers for the struggling oil and gas industry in Alberta. Because the containers are built for all types of weather and conditions, they are the perfect vessel to modify and house water for a swimming pool. The company approached Emphasize Design to create a dynamic, fluid, memorable identity to capture the imagination of homeowners across North America. The pools come in a variety of standard sizes ranging from 8′ to 12′ wide and 20′, 30′ and 40′ long. Each unit comes with standard equipment with the ability to upgrade various components depending on your location, climate, and budget. We focused on building a brand that was a kit of parts that created a tailored swimming pool that is designed exactly for the clients needs. Emphasize Design worked exclusively with the management and design team on the promotional and marketing aspect as brand stewards to help coordinate all aspects of the project and ensuring its cohesive execution.
