Creekside at Maple Heights is a master-planned community of 130 beautifully designed contemporary townhomes on the banks of Siegel Creek nestled amongst old growth trees, wild flowers, and big skies filled with fresh air. The inspiration for the identity came from the distinct location, where nature’s rhythm and endless outdoor adventure coexist in perfect harmony. The elegantly mirrored fish (almost kissing) create a flowing, effortless shape that forms the iconic ‘C’ for Creekside. Emphasize was hired to do the complete Real Estate branding and design package that was targeted towards a discerning buyer that was attracted to an outdoor lifestyle while being close to all the conveniences of Maple Ridge.
